I've been getting a lot of stress headaches lately, because of the ❄, but right now I have allergies that are kicking my butt. Sounds good. My husband takes pretty good care of me when I'm feeling like this. He helps me out even when I'm not so guess I can't complain there. And his mom was an RN Nurse and she had a real bad back injury at one time and he and his sister learned how to do really awesome massages.

just woke up from another 2 hour nap. Dinner is easy. Pineapple chicken.....chicken in air fryer and sauce on stove and cook some jasmine rice with it and a veggie
